The 29-year-old was not with her American rapper husband, Kanye West, 46, with Bianca seemingly travelling to Australia solo.
Bianca enjoyed a bowl of spaghetti carbonara after quietly slipping into the country to visit her family.
In contrast to her usually racy get ups, Bianca was wearing a khaki Miu Miu sweater dress and 'blended in with the lunch crowd' the Herald Sun claims.
