There are four shelves that are half-width to keep spills out and a full-width drawer for deli at the bottom of freezer called the Glide N'Serve Drawer.

It's important to note that although this fridge has a few smart features, the majority aren't particularly useful. The app allows you to monitor expiration dates, and even meals. However, it's got an unwieldy user interface that makes it no more efficient or user-friendly than your smartphone.
You can use the RF27FDS3F to monitor your refrigerator remotely, however you'll need an Samsung account to be able to do this. This fridge also doesn't integrate with the Samsung SmartThings connected home platform as well as the original model did, though it does support Samsung smart lights and smart TVs. It can also mirror your phone's screen using the refrigerator's touchscreen if looking to play a movie or show on your TV. This feature is not enabled by default.
