In Summer 2018 the food trucks and market concept was replace by a number of restaurants with terraces that were now established in the Ribera del Marlin quay. Brands featured are Vale Cuatro, Mezztizo, Zaitegui, Pocca Burgos, Vida y Milagros, Nomadi Deluxe, Valentina Gari, Suela Spain, Sveti Stefan, Babbaki, Camila, Ruperto Extremera, Del Sur, Zhoebe Fashion, Swim Day, Pozo Puerto Ubrique, Mónica Soto, Barral Casa, Skoura, Arte y Raza and X Steam Spain. Launched in Summer 2015 and continued in summer 2016 and 2017 is the confusingly named 'Mercardo del Levante'. In 2016 the fashionable food trucks were a central theme. This flexible idea was discontinued in 2017 and the food trucks were relocated down to the far end.
